Where We Started

Art of Optiks was founded in 2001 by Timothy Haupert, OD, and Stephanie Haenes, ABOC, with a vision to redefine the patient experience in eye care. From the very beginning, their goal was to create a practice where advanced clinical expertise, personalized attention, and carefully selected eyewear could come together seamlessly. They wanted to move beyond the traditional, retail-focused model of optical care and provide something far more thoughtful and individualized for patients across the Twin Cities, including those living in Brooklyn Center.

We currently have two locations that offer a range of services to our patients. We have offices located in Wayzata and Edina, Minnesota, with doctors Timothy Haupert and Victoria Whitman.
